Hahaha. This is why I pride myself in knowing all of the rights I am guaranteed.
Yes, most states have a "stop and identify" statute that obligates citizens to identify themselves upon request, but beyond that you have no obligations to offer any information without legal counsel.
Yeah. Why was the cop demanding to know the kid's address?
I was actually shocked at all the implications that cop was making.
Yes. That is slanderous speech. I would sue for the maximum penalty allowed by law.
